Fishy soup with milk & seaweed flakes

Accidentally got this taste. The boys like to drink the fish soup with added milk. It is something like the fish head noodle soup (鱼头米粉汤). Usually we eat with rice, not with the meehoon. The taste is tend to be little milky and sweet. Last week we were in the sushi shop, they serve the miso soup with full of seaweed flakes, we like the taste. I am thinking maybe we can add little to this fishy soup. Emmmm…. Surprised me the taste acceptable and nice too. It taste turn little more salty, fishy taste with the seaweed aroma. Probably fish and seaweed live in the same place, so it did match nicely.
