Day 6 - on the way to Lake Toya

Day 6, Headed to Lake Toya (Monday)

According to our earlier plan, we will going to take a ride on the hot air baloon. But due to the weather the evening ride had been cancelled and the next ride will be next day early morning 6am. 6am! Better hide in the warm blanket and prepare for the next check out place.

10am, we continue our journey.

Ethan missed the tower view on yesterday. He kept nagging about the tower and how dissapointed he can't climb up to the top of the tower. Our wonderful Daddy purpose take 30 mins of the ride turn to this place again just for him. He was so surprised and excited when we pointed to him the tower from the parking place. He ran up to the tower and make a wish on this tower.

Ethan : "I make a wish! I wish I can bring Daddy, Mummy, Didi, Meimei and my children here again!"
Daddy & Mummy : "OK! lets give a bless and make the wish came true!"

Hmm... then it will be another big trip with Ethan's children!? He was saying bringing his children??!!

Mummy : "What about Didi's children and also Meimei's children? That are a lot of children then!!!"

KamiFurano farm, last stop at Furano.

Moving from Furano to Lake Toya, travel to a south west distance ~330km. We were in the dilemma should whether to turn in to Fukagawa again just for the sunflowers. The decision was just too difficult to make. Dark clouds covered the sky and it already rained. Probably it wasn't a good idea to be there. On the way, we saw the sun, we meet the rains and then we saw the sunshine and then it rained again. In the most critical junction that going to turn into Furano, we saw the sun ray. Ok, lets turn in to Himawari hill and try our luck. After the turn, all the dark cloud had gone.... "Oh...Sunflowers! We are coming..."

Once again, everyone go crazy here. A lot more sunflowers were bloomed. Comparing with 3 days before, we arrived at 5pm and about sunset. Further more we stucked in the middle of the sunflowers maze, didn't get the chance to climb up to the top of the hill.
We spent our afternoon lunch here and got sunburnt too. Even our little Egracia also looks darker.

Mummy : "Lets say goodbye with the sunflowers. We need to go already..."
Ethan : "Nope, I just want to say HI only! I don't want to say goodbye!"
Mummy : "Say goodbye, we need to go ..."
Ethan : "Hi~~~~~~"

Indeed, I also don't feel to say goodbye to this sunshine hill. We didn't regret spent another 2 hours journey in this sunflowers hill. A wonderful feeling with these one millions of sunflowers.

Ethan and Emmanuel love to pick flowers for the mummy. On the way to take our car, Ethan started to pluck the little flowers growing around the slope. Mummy's heart melted with his bunch of little tiny yellowish flowers. Thanks my dear Ethan and Emmanuel, you both did inherited the gene from your Daddy, he used to pluck the little flowers for mummy too. ^^

Sunflower bus stop!

On the way to Lake Toya, we saw the signboard again to warn the animal to pay attention!

Windmill!

At 6pm, we finally arrived at Lake Toya!

On the night, we saw the firework at the lake side.

We called it a day.
