Super Mario, stepped on the turtle and ate the mushroom was my generation favourite game. If not mistaken, it had 8 levels to break through. The second levels was to swim in the big water tunnel. You have to look for the hidden mushroom to add a free life for Mr. Mario. Once you found it and before the moving life mushroom dropped in the big drain - Eat it and Jump! Uncontrollable, our hands and legs will automatically swing and jump together. “Mr. Mario jump, run faster before timeout.” He always in the rush and used his powerful head to knock on the bricks to collect the golden money with all his mind. He needs to escape from the killing poison turtle and the little monsters hovering between the brick pillar – “Jump!” In those excited and critical moment, sometime the TV will suddenly black out by itself. Eeeeak….The wired had disconnected. Yes, the game was shown in the TV. So TV was connected with a rectangle box and a game tape needs to insert into it then to a "wired" controller. We need to tune on some channel to look up for the empty channel, and then switch on the game player. A very sophisticated yet complicated way to play with the games. Only my elder sister knew how to fix it. So we always need to beg her for help. Not every time she will helps and she will used some powerful magic fast hidden hands to assemble it. I used to fight with my sisters to get the turn to play on it. Once my elder sister hocked on it, I got to wait a very long time to get my turn. She was a genius game player. So I got to curse the Mr. Mario lost his life faster and eaten by the killer flower pop from the big pipe!
Year2012 = Angry bird.
Ethan: “Mummy, can I play angry bird?”
Mummy: “Which one you want to play on? Iphone or ipad?”
Emmanuel knows how to use the little tiny finger to flip on the phone and hold the string of the angry bird and shut the pig. And he said, "black bird has bomb!"
In the middle of night….
Emmanuel cried very badly and shouted! “I want to play game!” Merely a 2 year old boy, what he is thinking in his dream?!
Today,we received a surprise mail package. The boys rushed to open up the package. Huh! Angry bird watches and an angry bird card!!! It was the first ever watches for boys. In a while, they all went crazy and uncontrollable. Egracia is wondering why the brother is so high and excited. She looks so doubtful…
Mummy : “When you grow up already, you need to remember to buy toys for Felicia and Ah Ting jiejie’s children oh…, just like now they sent you all the favourite angry bird watches. How nice they are and they love you all so much. Even back to Singapore, still remember your angry bird.”
Ethan : “I definitely not forget them. Felicia and Ah Ting jie jie going marry soon? They will have the babies like us too?.... bla bla bla…"
