A Simple Banana Cake

Quick look up from Internet and found this simple banana cake for my super gigantic ripe banana and super pack time table at home. The method to prepare the cake is simple, and it is oil based. Basically just mix all the ingredient together and stuff in in the oven for 50 minutes with  150c and the last 10 minutes with 170c to make the outer crust be more crunchy for the bite. Total preparation time 15 minute.

Ingredient
1/2 cup of low protien flour
1 tsp of baking powder
3/4 cup of brown sugar
3 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup of oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten.
1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder

According to the instruction is to first grease the ring tin and line base with baking paper. I have no time to line the base and just grease the tin with the butter. Then sift flour and baking powder in the bowl and add in sugar. In the center and add bananas, egg, oil. Stir until smooth. Pour into the cake tin and bake it.

The 1 hour of baking, the smell of banana cake fragrant our home pleasantly. It always nice if to have a quick recipe in hands to handle the urgent requirement. The basic principle is not to waste the food, and do the thing as fast as possible in the pack schedule,  feed everyone stomach with the right food in the right time. After all, not to be over exhausted and hijack the time with the loved one.
